Tarpon Bay Construction is a family owned and operated business. The owners, Jeff, Brent and Corey Schepp have lifelong construction experience, education and advanced training. Originally from the Midwest, the owners have been longtime Lee County residents but have never given up their Midwestern values and ethics.

Jeff Schepp Inc. d/b/a Tarpon Bay Construction is a Florida state licensed class A general contractor. Providing both general construction and design build services we present a wide range of experience. We offer guidance and solutions from financing to initial design development through zoning, site planning and final construction. Tarpon Bay can easily provide single source building solutions.
